Full Smudging Ceremony

Thank you for having a desire to continue this beautiful Smudging tradition. With roots all around the world, from many different cultures and lineages, it is a much needed practice that helps build, and deepen our relationship with the natural world and the elements that support our life : fire, water, earth, and air.

By participating in this Ceremony, you are being supported by generations who have done this practice before you, and you are helping to lay the foundation for many who will come after you. The most important thing to remember is that the plants we work with have a Spirit in them, like you and I. Building a relationship with the Spirits of the plants you choose to work with is an essential part of this process. The other important part is setting your intention! Speak from your heart because these elements are listening to you.
